Any fascia’s or finials to be replaced shall be shown at 1:20 along with method statements outlining how the current fascia or final will be removed and how the replacements will be installed. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building, as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan. |
| 4 | Prior to the commencement of repair and/or replacement of any rainwater goods, exact details of the parts to be repaired shall be shown at 1:20 along with method statements outlining how the repairs will be carried out. Any rainwater goods to be replaced shall be in cast iron to exactly replicate the existing cast iron rainwater goods remaining in-situ on the chalets. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building, as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan. |
