The footway shall be completed on site, in accordance with the approved details, prior to the occupation of the 30th dwelling on the site. REASON: In the interests of highway safety in accordance with policies SD4, H3 (part d) and TA1 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan. |
| 6 | No site works that cut through or otherwise disturb the earthwork boundary running along parts of the southern boundary of the site shall take place until a written scheme for an archaeological watching brief of such works has been submitted to and approved by the local planning authority. Such site works shall then be carried out in accordance with such written scheme. REASON: To conserve a feature of archaeological interest in accordance with policy HE3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan. |
| 7 | Prior to the commencement of development details of : a) a construction traffic management plan, b) contractors car parking, c) material storage and d) a noise and dust mitigation strategy for the constuction phase of the development should be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in wirting. The approved details shall be implemented in its entirety and maintained throughout the period of construction. REASON: in the interests of neighbour amenity in accordance with policy SD4 (part n) of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan and Highway Safety.
