# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Existing and Proposed Plans and Elevations (ref Drawing 02 rev 1) received by the Local Planning Authority on 22.02.2024 Proposed site plan (ref Drawing 03 rev 1) received by the Local Planning Authority on 22.02.2024 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Prior to installation, full details of the surfacing of the site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASONS: To safeguard the special character of the conservation area and the settings of nearby listed buildings, as required by policies HE1 and HE2 of the adopted Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
5 Informative Note: Please be aware that should there, in future, be a desire to provide a means of gating the openning that further approval under a separate planning application would be required.
