1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed Plans (referenced WGG04 rev C) received by the Local Planning Authority on 20.02.2024 Proposed elevations (referenced WGG03 rev B) received by the Local Planning Authority on 20.02.2024 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The internal wall insulation shall be installed in accordance with Historic England’s Insulating Solid Walls Guidance (2016). REASON: To safeguard and the special character of the listed building as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
