REASON: To safeguard the character and appearance of the development. |
| 4 | Prior to installation, full details of windows, doors and doorframes to be used in the external elevations shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the conservation area as required by Policy HE1 of the adopted Local Plan. |
| 5 | Doorframes and window frames shall be rebated behind the outer leaf of facing masonry. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the conservation area as required by Policy HE1 of the adopted Local Plan. |
| 6 | Prior to construction, full details of the design, dimensions and materials of the bay window structure, drawn at a scale of not less than 1:20, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building and the character of the conservation area. |
