# Condition Details
1 Prior to their use, full details and/or samples of all materials including masonry, roof slates, rainwater gutters and pipes to be used in the external elevations and for the roof, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASONS: To safeguard the special character of the listed building and the conservation area and the settings of adjacent listed buildings, as required by policies HE1 & HE2 of the adopted Local Plan.

It is advised you submit a further application to regularise the built variations and a further listed building consent is required. The extenison is in breach of the approvals R/2021/0074/CA and R/2021/0666/LB.
