| 3 | The external elevations of the extensions hereby approved shall be built in materials to match in type, style and colour the external elevations of the existing building. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development matches the existing property and would respect the site and the surroundings in accordance with policy SD4 and HE1 of the Local Plan. |
| 4 | Within six months of the date of the planning permission hereby granted, the bare finished concrete block area of the rear boundary wall to the property shall be rendered in a type and colour to match the finish of the extended areas to the application site.
