Any rainwater goods to be replaced shall be in cast iron to exactly replicate the existing cast iron rainwater goods remaining in-situ on the chalets. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building, as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan. |
