# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan, Scale 1:1250, received by the Local Planning Authority on 17.10.23, Proposed Block Plan and Proposed Elevations, DRAWING NUMBER 2023/DT/05 received by the Local Planning Authority on 17.10.23, Proposed Plans, DRAWING NUMBER 2023/DT/04 received by the Local Planning Authority on 17.10.23, Proposed Garage Elevations, DRAWING NUMBER 2023/DT/03 received by the Local Planning Authority on 17.10.23. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The external elevations of the development hereby approved shall be built of the materials specified in the planning application. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development complements the existing property and would respect the site and the surroundings in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
5 The planning permission hereby granted confers consent for the extension to the existing single garage and for the window alterations specified in the application only.
