3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
4 The proximity to the boundary to 10 Lastingham Avenue is brought to your attention. It is also advised that any damage caused to an existing boundary treatement or planting is a civil matter between the relevant parties.
