1 The development hereby permitted has been completed in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed site plan (Drawing referenced as 1 of 4)) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.09.2023 Proposed North Elevation (Drawing referenced as 1 of 4)) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.09.2023 Proposed East Elevation (Drawing referenced as 1 of 4)) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.09.2023 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
2 Within a period of three months from the date of this approval a privacy panel to 2m by 2m sized and made to be obscured located to the western elevation of the decking as shown on the approved floor plan and elevation drawings shall be provided. The screen once installed shall be retained for the lifetime of the development hereby approved. Reason In the interest of residential amenity and to accord with Policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 2018.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
