2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan, Scale 1:1250, received by the Local Planning Authority on 05.07.2023, Block Plan, Scale 1:500, received by the Local Planning Authority on 05.07.2023, Proposed and Existing Plans and Elevations, DRAWING No: TPS001/2017 - Full Plans, received by the Local Planning Authority on 05.07.2023. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The external elevations of the extensions hereby approved, shall be constructed in the materials and colours stated on approved drawing Proposed and Existing Plans and Elevations, DRAWING No: TPS001/2017 - Full Plans, received by the Local Planning Authority on 05.07.2023, and shall be retained and maintained as such. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development complements the existing property and would respect the site and the surroundings in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
