The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To safeguard the character and appearance of the conservation area in accordance with Policy HE1 of the Local Plan. |
| 4 | Within six months of the date of the planning permission hereby granted, the extended part of the rear boundary wall to the property subject of this permission, shall be rendered in a type and colour to be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The original brick sections of the wall and rear elevation of the offshoot to the property shall be retained as brick and shall not be rendered. REASON: To safeguard the character and appearance of the conservation area in accordance with Policy HE1 of the Local Plan. |
| 5 | Prior to the development hereby approved being brought into use, a scheme detailing sound insulation measures to be installed between the two flats shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be completed prior to the end use of the development and shall thereafter be retained. REASON: In the interests of neighbour amenity in accordance with Policy SD4 of the Local Plan. |
