2 Within 3 months of the date of the approval an opaque/obscure glass balustrade to level 3 or higher on the Pilkington scale of privacy or equivalent (not through use of adhesive film) shall be provided as illustrated on the Proposed Side Elevation (Dwg No. 04) received by the Local Planning Authority on 08/11/23 and shall remain in perpetuity for the lifetime of the development. REASON: To ensure the amenity of the neighbouring properties in accordance with Local plan Policy SD4.
3 The applicant is advised that the conditions attached to the approval R/2022/0517/CA continue to apply to this development.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
