1 The proposed hip to gable extension to the side and dormer to rear fall within the scope of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), is not precluded by any other provisions and is therefore permitted development.
2 The proposed four rooflights in the roof slope to the front fall within the scope of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class C of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), is not precluded by any other provisions and is therefore permitted development.
3 The application has been assessed and determined against the following plans: - Location Plan, Block Plan and Existing and Proposed Elevations received by the Local Planning Authority on 19/05/2023, - Proposed Plans, Section and Additional Volume Calculations received by the Local Planning Authority on 24 July 2023.
4 You are advised that the development would need to comply with the conditions as provided for in The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) Schedule 2 Part 1 Class B and Class C. a) the materials used in any exterior work must be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse.
