REASON: To protect the amenity of occupiers in accordance with Local plan Policy SD4. |
| 4 | Notwithstanding the submitted information, the glass balustrade as detailed on Existing and Proposed Plans and Elevations drawing 1A (dated 16th May 2023) shall be installed at the time of the full length first floor window and shall remain in perpetuity for the lifetime of the development. REASON: To ensure the amenity of the neighbouring properties in accordance with Local plan Policy SD4. |
