1 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 04/05/2023 Site Layout Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 04/05/2023 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
2 The building/use hereby permitted shall be removed/discontinued and the land restored to its former condition on or before 31/08/2030 in accordance with a scheme of work submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained for an extension to the period of validity. REASON: To ensure an appropriate restoration of the site in order to respect the character and appearance of the area in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
