# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed Site Plan (unreferenced) received by the Local Planning Authority on 02.05.2023 Existing and Proposed Plans and Elevations (reference Rev2.0c) received by the Local Planning Authority on 27.04.2023 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The parking provision as outlined on the approved plans shall be made available for its intended use prior to the extension hereby approved being brought into first active use. Once provided the parking space shall be retained for its intended use for the life of the development. Reason In the interest of highways safety and to comply with Policy SD4(P) of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 2018.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
