3 The external elevations of the buildings hereby approved shall be built in the materials and colours specified in the planning application, drawings, documents, and correspondence received, and shall be retained and maintained as such. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development respects the Listed host property and Conservation Area in accordance with policies HE1 and HE2 of the Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
