# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 22/03/23 Site Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 22/03/23 Proposed Floor Plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 22/03/23 Proposed Elevations received by the Local Planning Authority on 22/03/23 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The accommodation hereby approved shall not be occupied as a separate independent dwelling and shall remain ancillary to the use of the main dwelling known as California Bungalow and shall form and shall remain part of the curtilage of the main dwelling as a single planning unit. REASON: The proposed accommodation due to its form and location would not be suitable as a standalone unit of living accommodation.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
