2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed site Plan (unreferenced) received by the Local Planning Authority on 22.05.2023 Proposed Plans and elevations (referenced NG/001 rev B) received by the Local Planning Authority on 22.05.2023 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
4 Informative Note: The application notes that there is a drain running though the site/ proposal. You are advised that you may require approval from the water authority in relation to this. the responsibility for this rests with yourself as the landowner.
