# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed Site Layout and section (referenced 004 A) received by the Local Planning Authority on 18.09.2023 Proposed Plans and elevations (referenced 002) 06.03.2023 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The extension hereby approved shall not be brought into active use until such time as the entirety of the parking provision as shown on drawing 004 Rev A received by the Local Planning Authority on 18.09.2023, has been provided. Once provided the parking provision shall be retained clear of any obstruction and available for its intended purpose for the lifetime of the development. REASON: In the interest of Highways Safety and to accord with Policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
