| 3 | The use of the area hereby approved for camping and touring caravan use shall generally only be used during the months May – August inclusive. Any occasional use taking place outside of these months will only be accommodated on the site periphery clear of the existing playing surfaces. There shall be no erection of any permanent structures or fittings within the approved area. Reason To ensure that the sports and recreation facility retains its full available space for such uses in accordance with policy SD3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 2018. |
| 4 | The occupation of any caravan/ camping pitch hereby approved must comply with the following requirement: (i) the accommodation shall be occupied for holiday purposes only; (ii) the accommodation shall not at any time be occupied as a person's sole, or main place of residence; (iii) the owners/operators shall maintain an up-to-date register of the names of all occupiers of the accommodation, and of their main home addresses. The owner/operator shall make the information on the register available at all reasonable times to the Local Planning Authority. REASON: Permanent use of the cabins proposed would not be acceptable as permanent living accommodation. However the application is considered to comply with relevant planning policy as tourist accommodation, therefore the condition is required to ensure the property is only occupied on limited basis for holiday use so as not to prejudice policy in the development plan. |
| 5 | Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated. |
