1 It is considered that the proposed dormer roof extension to side, by reason of its design and size would have an overbearing impact on the character and appearance of the area. It would be an incongruous addition to the property. The proposed development is therefore contrary to part j and k of Policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan.
