# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location of the door plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.04.2023 Proposed door and frame received by the Local Planning Authority on 02.03.2023 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The replacement door shall be provided with the works carried out in accordance with the Luke Wilkinson Joinery Method statement as received by the Local Planning Authority on 30.04.2024. REASON: In the interest of ensuring the works are carried out to avoid harm to the historic fabric of the building. in accordance with Policy HE2 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 2018.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
