| 3 | All existing cast iron rainwater gutters and down pipes are to be reused where possible, components that are no longer useable are to be renewed with cast iron items that match the original in all respects. Gutters shall be supported on rafter brackets or 'drive in' brackets and not on rise-and-fall brackets. Fascia boards shall not be installed. REASON: To preserve the historic fabric and character of the Listed Building and its surroundings as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan. |
| 4 | Prior to any development above damp proof course, and not withstanding the details provided on the submitted plans and elevations, details of the design, profile, rebate, materials and method of opening of all windows, roof lights and doors, drawn at a scale of not less than 1:20, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and shall be retained and maintained as such.
