2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan, Scale 1:1250, DWG No. xx, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21.02.2023, Site Plan, Scale 1:500, DWG No. xx, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21.02.2023, Proposed Plans and Elevations, DWG No. 2104 - LAL - 00 - ZZ - DR - A - 07 - 10, Revision P2, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21.02.2023, Drainage Plan, DWG No. 2104 - LAL - 00 - ZZ - DR - A - 52 - 01, Revision P1, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21.02.2023. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The refurbishment of the external elevations of the building hereby approved, shall be undertaken in materials that complement the building and surrounding area. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development complements the existing property and would respect the site and the surroundings in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
