| 3 | The external elevations of the extension(s) hereby approved shall be built in materials to match in type, style and colour the external elevations of the existing dwelling/building. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development matches the existing property and would respect the site and the surroundings in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan. |
| 4 | The extension hereby approved shall not be brought into use until such time as the developer has provided sufficient parking space for two number vehicles. The parking spaces shall be no less than 2.4m by 4.8m. The spaces shall be made so as to be compliant with the requirements of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class F of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). Once provided the parking spaces shall be retained for their intended use for the life of the development.
