# Condition Details
1 The application lacks information to justify the need for the agricultural building, access track and hard standing area for agricultural purposes. The proposal is therefore considered contrary to the provisions of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan policy SD3. The proposal is also by association contrary to the provisions of Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan policy SD2 which only supports development in the countryside where it is in accordance with the exceptional criteria set out in Policy SD3.
2 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. The applicant / agent has been advised of the concerns and submitted further plans and information, however the further supporting information is insufficient.
