| 5 | Prior to the occupation of the development hereby approved, the existing driveway shall be extended to provide an additional parking space (Minimum 2.4m wide and 4.8m lenght). The additional parking space shall be constructed from porous/permeable materials or provision made to direct run-off water from the hard surface to a permeable or porous area or surface within the curtilage of the dwelling house. The approved car parking layout shall be retained for the lifetime of the development. REASON: To provide the requisite in curtilage car parking provision for a 3-bed property, in the interests of highway safety and to prevent increase risk of flooding from surface water run-off in accordance with Local Plan Policy SD4. |
