2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site location and proposed block plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 08.12.2022 Proposed Floor Plan (drawing number 02 Rev B) received by the Local Planning Authority on 08.12.2022 Existing and Proposed Plans and Elevations (drawing number 01 Rev B) received by the Local Planning Authority on 08.12.2022 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
4 The applicant is advised to contact Highways on 01642 455600 to discuss extending the dropped crossing to serve the additional car parking space.
