REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application. |
| 3 | Materials to be used in the undertaking of the proposed works, shall be as stated within the Listed Building application hereby approved. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building, as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan. |
| 4 | Prior to commencement of repair/stabilisation work to the infilled recess, a detailed method statement shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The work shall be carried out in accordance with the method statement.
