Unless agreed otherwise by the Local Planning Authority in accordance with a variation of the WSI the development shall not commence within area A or Area B until the satisfactory completion of the SM&R exercise in the respective area. The development shall not be brought into use until provision has been secured for the completion of the archaeological assessment and analysis referred to in the approved WSI. REASON: Areas A and B as identified in the approved WSI are both of archaeological significance. |
