The CEMP shall include measures to mitigate the construction phase of the development as detailed in the shadow HRA and ecological impact assessment; REASON: To accord with the terms of the application and to ensure that satisfactory mitigation measures are in place to limit the impact of the development are nearby ecological designations. REASON FOR PRE-COMMENCEMENT; The CEMP is required in advance of the commencement of works to ensure that the mitigation measure set out in the supporting technical documents are fully implemented to minimise the impact of the construction process. |
