# Condition Details
1 The development hereby permitted shall be completed within 3 years from the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of the provision of Schedule 2, Part 3 Class MA of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Site location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 07/07/2022 - Proposed ground and first floor plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 07/07/2022 - Proposed second and third floor and roof plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 07/07/2022 - Proposed elevations received by the Local Planning Authority on 07/07/2022 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Prior to being brought into end use there shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority details of a scheme of sound proofing showing measures to deal with sound insulation of walls and floors between the adjoining properties submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented prior to the end use of the development and maintained thereafter. REASON: To ensure the creation of an environment free from intrusive levels of noise and activity in the interests of the amenity of the future occupants of the accommodation created.
4 Any building permitted to be used as a dwellinghouse by virtue of Class MA is to remain in use as a dwellinghouse within the meaning of Class C3 of Schedule 1 to the Use Classes Order and for no other purpose, except to the extent that the other purpose is ancillary to the use as a dwellinghouse.
