The work must be carried out in accordance with that method statement. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building and the character of the conservation area, as required by policies HE1 and HE2 of the adopted Local Plan. |
| 5 | Prior to any work to create new openings and demolish existing brickwork, a detailed method statement is to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The work must be carried out in accordance with that method statement.
