2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Existing and Proposed Plans and elevations drawing number 2022.051. PP01 Rev A received by the Local Planning Authority on 15.09.2022 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
4 Informative Note: At no point shall the adopted highway be blocked up without the prior consent of the Councils Engineering team who can be contacted on 01287 612536.
