# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 01/06/2022 - Site plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 01/06/2022 - Plans and elevations as proposed received by the Local Planning Authority on 01/06/2022 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The use of the development hereby permitted shall not commence until the installation of two 1.8m high screens consisting of solid wood sides with larch covering, to the north and south side of the balcony at first floor level. The screens shall be maintained and retained throughout the lifetime of the development. REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring occupiers in accordance with Local Plan Policy SD4.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
