# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed site layout received by the Local Planning Authority on 25.04.022 Proposed floor plans (drawing number 3)received by the Local Planning Authority on 21.04.2022 Proposed elevations (drawing number 4)received by the Local Planning Authority on 21.04.2022 Proposed summerhouse plans and elevations (drawing number 5) received by the Local Planning Authority on 25.04.2022 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The parking spaces indicated on the block/site plan receibed 25.04.2022 shall have either the hard surface made of porous materials, or provision be made to direct run-off water from the hard surface to a permeable or porous area or surface within the curtilage of the dwellinghouse. In the interest of good drainage and to prevent run off onto the highway. in accordance with policy SD4.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
5 Informative Note: At no point shall the adopted highway be blocked up without the prior consent of the Councils Engineering team who can be contacted on 01287 612536.
6 The site is located in close proximity to an electrical sub station. You are advised to enter into discussion with the operator to establish any necessary approval of working practices in relation to the safety of the site.
