| 3 | Within 3 months of the completion of the new access hereby approved coming into use, there shall be no access or egress from the existing access. The existing access shall be closed up for use and the kerb line reinstated to match existing line and level. REASON: In the interest of vehicle safety and visual amenity. |
| 4 | Prior to the commencement of development a detailed scheme for the disposal of surface water from the development hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the Lead Local Flood Authority. Thereafter the development shall take place in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To prevent the increased risk of flooding in accordance with the NPPF. |
