2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Staircase details (ref DR-005 REv P1) received by the Local Planning Authority on 24.03.2022 Proposed elevation (ref DR-003 Rev P1)received by the Local Planning Authority on 12.05.2022 Proposed floor plan (ref DR-003 Rev P1)received by the Local Planning Authority on 15.03.2022 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
