| 4 | Prior to the occupation of the development hereby approved, the dormer window on the east facing elevation shall be fixed and contain obscure glazing as detailed in the Proposed plans and elevations drawing (Dwg no 02 Rev a) received by the Local Planning Authority on 27th September 2022. The glazing should be obscurity level 4 or above and maintained and retained for the lifetime of the development. REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring occupiers in accordance with Local Plan Policy SD4. |
