3 Within a period not exceeding three calendar months from the date of the storage shed hereby approved being first brought into use, the existing storage container within the site shall be removed from the land. Reason In the interest of visual amenity and to accord with policy SD4.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
