1 No stage of the onshore works may commence until a written landscaping scheme associated work programme in relation to each stage of teh onshore works hs been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority. Each landscaping scheme must include details of all proposed hard and soft landscaping works including:- a. location, number, species, size and planning density of any proposed planting, including any trees; b. cultivation, importing of materials and other operations to ensure plant establishment; c. proposed finished ground levels; d. minor structures, such as furniture, refuse or other storage units, signs and lighting; e. proposed and exiting functional services above and below ground, including drainage, power and communictions cables and pipelines, manholes and supports; f. detatils of existing trees to be retained, with measures for their protection during the construction period; g. retained historic landscape features and proposals for restoration, where relevant; and h. implementation timetables for all landscaping works.
