2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed floor plan and layout DWG No. 2 received by the Local Planning Authority on 25.01.2022 Proposed cycle store DWG03 received by the Local Planning Authority on 01.02.2022 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
4 Informative Note: At no point shall the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Engineering team who can be contacted on 01287 612536.
5 Informative Note: The applicant is advised thta a licence is required under the Housing Act 2004 to operate as a HMO occupied by 5 or more persons. you are advised to contact the HMO team on 01287 612522.
