# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 10/02/2022 - Site plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 10/02/2022 - Proposed elevations received by the Local Planning Authority on 19/04/2022 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Within three months of the cessation of the use of the antenna and pole, both shall be removed and holes in the masonry made good using a mix of quicklime based mortar. REASON: To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy HE2 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
