3 Prior to construction of the outer leaf of the development, full details and/or samples of the facing bricks shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASONS: To safeguard the character of the conservation area.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
