2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 21044 D 00 02 Existing and proposed site plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 6/12/2021 21044 D 00 04 Rev B Proposed Layouts and Elevation received by the Local Planning Authority on 6/12/2021 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
4 Informative Note: At no point shall the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Engineering team who can be contacted on 01287 612536. You are also reminded that the public footpath should be retained clear of obstruction from parked vehicles.
