1 Construction environmental management plan 28.—(1) Before the commencement of each stage of the onshore works, a construction environmental management plan (“CEMP”) for that stage, drafted in accordance with the principles set out in the CoCP, must be submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority. (2) All remediation, construction and commissioning works must be undertaken in accordance with each relevant CoCP and CEMP. “(3) For the avoidance of doubt, each CEMP approved under paragraph 1 of this requirement may cover one or more stages of the onshore works.”.
