# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans and detailed materials: - Location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 08/10/2021 - Site plan as proposed received by the Local Planning Authority on 08/10/2021 - Elevations and roof plan as proposed received by the Local Planning Authority on 12/10/2021 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
4 Informative Note: At no point shall the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Engineering team who can be contacted on 01287 612536.
5 The applicant should be aware of the consultation response from SABIC (copy attached ). As advised in the response should any work be carried out within 50 metres of the Trans-Pennine Ethylene Pipeline, SABIC should be informed prior to the works commencing.
